A grand jury indicted Kingston for murder Sept. 11, and bail was set at $1 million. The indictment was re-filed in December with changes to the original documents language, said Jamie Beck, first assistant district attorney for Denton County. Kingston also faces a charge of aggravated robbery. According to court records, an indictment for that was handed down Sept. 25, and bail was set at $100,000. The charge is in relation to a June 2, 2015, armed robbery at the Check n Go in The Colony.
